CIVIC PROJECTS

We believe in delivery, not just ideology.  In depth experience and attention to details is essential to us, empowering us to deliver a comprehensive product.

Bowers Museum Expansion

The Dorothy and Donald Kennedy Wing, also known as the new North Wing, is the Bowers’ second major development in 15 years. The new $15 million expansion measures 30,000-square-feet and enables the Bowers to better serve its community with historically significant exhibitions and provide enhanced public programming events.

The North Wing, which doubles the Bowers’ exhibition space, features the 300-seat state-of-the-art Norma Kershaw Auditorium, two 5,000-square-foot galleries – The East West Bank Gallery and the Anderson-Hsu-Tu Gallery – and the John M. Lee Court, a central atrium designed to host special events for up to 500 guests.

Highland Four Square Church

The project involves a new church building in Palmdale, California.  The 120,000 square feet two-story building houses a main Sanctuary, several large assembly spaces, classrooms, staff offices and support areas.  It also features an open amphitheatre area overlooking an outdoor baptism pool.  Creative use of Masonry and Steel framing created dramatic large volume spaces cost-effectively.

Lily of the Valley Church

The project involves a 10,000 square feet church structure.  The main sanctuary is hexagonal in plan with its sides measuring approximately 38 feet.  The main sanctuary is a one-story large-volume open space.  The adjacent areas are two stories regular construction housing meeting rooms, offices, and other support spaces.
