JPL Flight Control Center
JPL Flight Control Center is a six-story, $63 million building providing production offices for specific missions. There will also be a separate auditorium for large conferences. The building will incorporate an environmentally friendly design to achieve LEED gold level, including a “Green” roof over the auditorium, under floor air distribution and architectural design that maximize natural lighting and energy efficiencies. The main structural design incorporated special moment resisting frames and concentrically braced frames “Dual System”.

Riverwalk Medical and Office Buildings
Riverwalk Phase 5 is mixed-use development located on 24.62 acres on the northwest corner of Riverwalk Parkway and Pierce Streets in Riverside. The project includes two 100,000 sq. ft. four-story speculative office buildings and two 35,000 sq. ft. two-story medical office buildings.
