American Career College
American Career College is a private medical and dental vocational school.
The project involves a complete college campus for 800 students with medical labs, classrooms and administrative offices will be provided in two separate 60,000 sq.ft. buildings. The structural system consists of sloping concrete panels and exposed structural steel frames.
California State University San Bernardino College of Education
The College of Education is a Three-Story 140,000 Square Feet building located near the San Andreas Fault. The plan size is approximately 400 feet by 120 feet. There is a characteristic three-story tall open atrium inside the building with a steel interior bridge. There are also three glass-cladded exterior stair towers. The total construction budget is approximately $40 million.
Menifee Valley College Technology Center
The technology center at Menifee Community College will provide the college with much needed computer labs, digital classrooms, faculty offices and a 200 seat assembly space. The 35,000 square foot structure will be a two story configuration. Its architectural features include a continuous skylight, roof garden, and sweeping curve face.
Orange Coast College Allied Health, Biology and Consumer Sciences Building
The Allied Health, Biology and Consumer Sciences Building (ABC) at the Orange Coast College consists of three two-story buildings interconnected by a pedestrian brdige and elevator towers, totalling 75,000 sf. Masonry cladded concrete shear walls and composit steal framing is used in the main structural system.
Cuyamaca College Student Center
A 2-story structure houses multi-purpose rooms, a bookstore, assembly spaces and food service areas. Total square footage is approximately 40,000 sq.ft. The overall budget is approximately $12 million.
Concordia University, Education, Business and Technology Center (EBTB)
The project involves two three-story structures housing eight classrooms, a 240-seat auditorium, and some administration offices. The two structures are connected through an exterior pedestrian bridge. The total square footage is approximately 44,000 square feet. The overall project budget is approximately $12 million.
Santiago Community College Science Building
The project involves two two-story structures housing various science laboratories. The two structures are architecturally connected. One of them will be bond funded, approximately 20,000 square feet. The other one will be state funded, approximately 37,000 sq ft. The overall project budget is approximately $5 million and $9 million, respectively.
