Olympic Vista Condos
The project involves an eight-story building, supported over 2 levels of basement. The superstructure is approximately 116 feet by 90 feet in plan size, totaling approximately 45,000 square feet of construction. The two levels of basement combined approximately 28,000 square feet. The basement construction is reinforced concrete flat slab construction, while the superstructure is a steel moment resisting frame construction.

The Parker - Palm Springs
Formerly Gene Autry's Melody Ranch and Merv Griffin's Givenchy Resort and Spa, the Parker Palm Springs is surrounded by the desert and mountains. 131 Rooms, 12 private villas, the Palm Springs Yacht Club are complete renovated with a brand new Convention Hall Building which can be used for banquet and corporate events. Structural design includes the architecturally stunning Convention Hall with large clear span space with full height glass façade and structural modification to facilitate new space planning in existing buidings.
Thompson Hotel - Beverly Hills
The renovation includes the construction of a new rooftop viewing deck with swimming pool and a fitness center for the guests. On the 8th floor innovative fiber overlay composites will be used to strengthen the existing roof deck, while the exterior of the building will be completely redesigned to include a new stone facade and balcony glass railings. Construction also includes complete upgrade of the 106 rooms with new floors and state of the art audio visual facilities, as well as completely redesigned common spaces.
