Selective Catalyst Reduction addition project for the Modesto Water District, McClure Plant. The project involves design of the internal SCR module units, interconnecting ductwork, fan foundation, ammonia skid foundation and modifications to the existing control room building.
Scattergood Power Plant
The project involves modifications to four power generating units in the LADWP Scattergood Power Plant. Due to extremely tight available space at the site, complex outlet and inlet duct work is require to transfer flute gas from the existing outlet ducts through the SCR units. Numerous elbow turns created complicated thermal expansions, which necessitates creative structural support schemes.
Flying J Refinery Plant
This Selective Catalyst Reactor addition project in Bakersfield, CA involves four hydrogen generation and refinery units. Steel towers up to 120 feet tall are used to suspend the externally insulated ductworks between the stacks and the SCR units. Various skids, duct supports and fan foundation are also required.
