Hawthorne Replacement Elementary School
The project involves a new elementary school campus, with seven new buildings including a Multi-Purpose Room building, an administrative building, several classrooms and a kindergarten building. The buildings are primarily one-story wood construction. The Multi-Purpose Room building features a high-volume assembly space and exposed wood trusses.

Wenzlaff Elementary School Modernization and Expansion
The project involves an existing elementary school campus. Due to the expanded needs of the campus, four new buildings were added, including the Administration/Library building, the Multi-Purpose Room/Food Service building, a two-story Classroom building, a new classroom building, and a lunch shelter. Due to the grading of the site, some of the buildings have retaining conditions. There are also a substantial amount of site retaining walls.
The construction budget is approximately $10 Million - $12 Million

The project involves a new two-story structure housing classrooms, library and administration spaces constructed over an underground parking level. It also consists of two one-story buildings: one being the Multi-Purpose Room building with assembly spaces and a kitchen, and the other is a one-story Kindergarten Building.
La Tijera Elementary School (K-8)
La Tijera is a popular community school serving students in grades K-8. Located in a quiet residential area of West Inglewood. The project involves a complete replacement of the existing facilities, including a two-story classroom, a gymnasium, a two-story neighborhood library and a Kindergarten building. Site conditions necessitate significant amount of retaining walls and connecting bridges.
